Cookie and Analytics Technologies Policy
Last updated: August 9, 2026
This policy explains the cookies and similar analytics technologies used on procusale.com and app.procusale.com. Analytics cookies are not written until you actively consent. When consent is denied, Google Analytics may send limited cookieless measurement signals; Microsoft Clarity and Vercel Web Analytics remain unloaded. Accept and reject choices are presented with equal prominence.
1. Essential technology
Cookiebot uses an essential consent record to enforce your category choices and, where necessary, demonstrate consent. Technical storage required for authentication, security and session functions is not used for analytics or advertising.
2. Consent-based analytics technologies
Google Analytics runs in Advanced Consent Mode. Without analytics consent it does not read or write Analytics cookies and sends only limited cookieless measurement signals. Microsoft Clarity and Vercel Web Analytics in the application are enabled only after analytics consent. Google ad storage, advertising user data and ad personalization remain denied even when analytics is accepted. Clarity produces interaction metrics, heatmaps and masked session replays.
Current cookie declaration
The list below is updated from Cookiebot scans and describes the provider, purpose, category and duration of the cookies in use.
3. Giving and withdrawing your choice
On your first visit, you may Accept, Reject or Manage Preferences in the Cookiebot panel. Non-essential categories start switched off. You can later change your choice using the Cookiebot privacy trigger or the button below. When analytics consent is withdrawn, denial signals are sent to the providers, accessible first-party analytics cookies are removed, Clarity and Vercel stop, and Google Analytics returns to limited cookieless mode.
Rejecting analytics cookies does not reduce the core functionality of the platform or your access to the service.
4. Providers and international transfers
Google, Microsoft and Vercel may process data outside Türkiye. When consent is denied, Google may receive only limited cookieless measurement signals; Microsoft Clarity and Vercel analytics transfers do not begin. Detailed analytics processing is enabled after consent. The controller must also maintain the applicable transfer mechanism under Article 9 of the KVKK and the necessary provider agreements. The consent mechanism in code does not replace those contractual obligations.
