Nature of the Service

ProcuSale is a cloud-based digital service offering aggregation, search, filtering, smart matching and notifications for public and private tender opportunities. All subscription and usage packages we offer are digital; there is no sale of a physical product and no shipping or physical delivery.

Delivery (Access) Method and Timing

Immediately after your payment is successfully completed, the purchased package is assigned to your account and your access to the service begins at once. You do not need to wait for any physical delivery.

The order confirmation and invoice are sent electronically to the e-mail address you provided during purchase.

If your access cannot be provided due to a technical issue, contacting info@procusale.com will have it resolved within a reasonable time; if it cannot be resolved, the amount you paid is refunded.

Right of Withdrawal

Under Article 15 of the Turkish Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services for the supply of intangible (digital) content performed instantly in electronic form, where performance has begun with the consumer’s explicit consent. Because you explicitly request and accept immediate access to the service at checkout, no right of withdrawal exists for the digital service once performance has begun.

Despite this exception, we apply the refund conditions below in good faith.

Refund Conditions

A refund is considered upon your request in the following cases:

• The service has never been accessed (the entitlement assigned to your account has not been used) and 14 days have not passed since purchase,
• Technical access problems attributable to us that cannot be resolved within a reasonable time,
• A duplicate or erroneous payment for the same service.

Refund Process

You can send your refund request to info@procusale.com. Including your order details (registered e-mail and transaction date) speeds up the process.

Approved refunds are made via the iyzico payment infrastructure to the method you used at payment (credit/debit card). The refund is completed within fourteen (14) days at the latest from approval of the request. The time for the amount to reflect on your card depends on your bank and is not included in this period.
