1. Introduction and Data Controller

At ProcuSale Bilgi Teknolojileri Ticaret Anonim Şirketi ("ProcuSale") we value the security of your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains which personal data we process via procusale.com and app.procusale.com (the "Platform"), for what purposes, and your rights, in accordance with Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK").

2. Personal Data We Collect

Depending on your use of the Platform, we may process the following personal data:

  • Identity and contact data: name, surname/title, e-mail address, phone number,
  • Membership and account data: username, hashed password, membership preferences,
  • Transaction and billing data: purchased package, billing information (payment card details are not stored by us),
  • Usage data: in-platform actions, search and filter preferences, notification settings; limited cookieless page-measurement signals that Google Analytics may receive without analytics consent, and page views, clicks, scrolling, performance metrics and masked session replays after analytics consent,
  • Technical data: IP address, device/browser information and data obtained through cookies or similar technologies.

3. Purposes of Processing

We process your personal data for membership and account management, provision and improvement of the Service, matching and notifying you of relevant tender opportunities, carrying out payment and billing processes, handling requests and complaints, ensuring security, and fulfilling legal obligations.

4. Legal Grounds for Processing

Under Article 5 of the KVKK, your personal data is processed on the grounds that it is directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract, the fulfilment of our legal obligations, our legitimate interests and, where necessary, your explicit consent.

5. Transfer of Personal Data

Your personal data may be transferred, limited to the purpose and in accordance with the law, to the licensed payment institution iyzico for the secure collection of payments, to suppliers providing hosting and infrastructure services, and to authorized public institutions. Without analytics consent, Google Analytics may receive limited cookieless measurement signals; Microsoft Clarity and Vercel Web Analytics are enabled only after analytics consent. As these providers may process data outside Türkiye, the applicable transfer mechanism under Article 9 of the KVKK is applied separately. Your payment card details are processed directly within iyzico’s secure infrastructure; ProcuSale does not view or store this information.

6. Cookies

The Platform uses essential technologies to provide core functions. In Advanced Consent Mode, Google Analytics may send limited measurement signals without reading or writing Analytics cookies when consent is denied. Microsoft Clarity (interaction metrics, heatmaps and masked session replays) and Vercel Web Analytics are enabled only after analytics consent. You may withdraw consent at any time through the Cookie Preferences control. Cookie names, purposes, durations and providers are described in our Cookie Policy.

7. Data Security

We apply administrative and technical measures — including SSL/TLS encryption, access controls and regular security reviews — to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, loss and unlawful processing.

8. Retention Periods

We retain your personal data for as long as the processing purpose requires and for the duration of legal retention obligations; at the end of the period, we delete, destroy or anonymize it in accordance with the law.

9. Your Rights as a Data Subject

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, request information about it, learn the purpose of processing, request correction if incomplete/incorrect, request deletion/destruction where the conditions are met, and object to results arising against you solely from automated analysis. 10. Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. The current version takes effect on the date it is published on the Platform.
